Megan Grey | Co-Founder
Passionate about supporting organisations to create ecosystems that enable their employees to thrive in the way they live and work, Megan has worked in the field of corporate healthcare and employee wellbeing for 15 years. Her experience working for an Insurance company in the UK, an employee assistance programme provider, and then heading up the group employee wellbeing programme for the second largest bank in Africa by tier-1 capital with over 40,000 employees in 15 markets, has given Megan deep knowledge, insight and experience in navigating the complex world of integrating the wellbeing of employees into ways of working. Megan has also developed deep integrations across corporate functions to manage the intricacies of benefit design to facilitate holistic wellbeing services. To respond to the wellbeing effects of COVID-19 in a work context, in 2020 Megan championed the reengineering of a global group wellbeing strategy with a focus on destigmatising mental wellbeing. From the experienced gained in the design of global wellbeing strategies, to rolling out multi-layered programmes across multiple geographies, to navigating the complexity of returning people to work in a post pandemic world, Megan believes in utilising data-driven insights to guide the creation of deeply integrated wellbeing strategies that make a meaningful impact to the wellbeing of people at work.
